Sudan/South Sudan Catholic Bishops Conference was established in 1974 under the name “Sudan Catholic Bishops Conference” when it was approval of the Holy See. Since then, the Conference became the Assembly of the Catholic hierarchy in Sudan whereby the Bishops express their collegial responsibility towards to the people of God.
